Stimulation

The first step to IVF treatment involves ovarian stimulation. First the women are premedicated with antioxidants for a month. Subsequently the treatment starts from the second day of the period where the women are given hormone-based injections that act on the ovaries and cause the ovaries to develop multiple follicles, each of which contains an egg which will be extracted at a later date. The injections are safe and are of 3 types. 1. urinary injections 2. Highly purified injections & 3. Recombinant injections.
